“WandaVision”: trailer for the first new Marvel series on Disney + – series news

The MCU is growing: in 2020 we will see the first Disney + Marvel series and now there is also the first trailer for “WandaVision”. In the series, Scarlet Witch and Vision are stuck in a sitcom – and it’s looking pretty insane!

A sitcom starring Marvel superheroes? In “WandaVision” this becomes reality – but what exactly is really real and what is not? Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlett Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) have to ask themselves the same question when they jump through the sitcoms of different television eras in the first trailer for the new Marvel series and the overly cheerful facade begins to crumble more and more.

The first trailer for the Marvel series “WandaVision” definitely makes you want to see the first MCU series of the Disney + streaming service!

What we’re seeing is a complete departure from the previous big screen action we’ve seen in the MCU, mixing the superhero sitcom’s offbeat premise with a mystery thriller as the protagonists seem to realize something is wrong with their seemingly ideal world is not at all true.

WandaVision will debut on Disney Plus in 2020

So far we know that “WandaVision” will still be released in 2020 on Disney Plus* should start, but the exact date was not revealed in the first trailer.

If the currently shaky theatrical release of “Black Widow” on October 29, 2020 is actually canceled and the Marvel film is postponed to 2021, “WandaVision” would be the only start of a new MCU adventure this year.

Incidentally, the Sentient World Observation and Response Department, or SWORD for short, will play a role in WandaVisiona subdivision of the SHIELD organization that we already know well enough from the MCU.

Kat Dennings will also reprise her role as Darcy Lewis from the MCU movies, Kathryn Hahn will be starring as Visions and Wanda’s annoying neighbor Agatha Harkness.

“The Falcon And The Winter Soldier” not until 2021

The next new MCU series on Disney+ won’t come until 2021: “The Falcon And The Winter Soldier” was originally supposed to start in August 2020, but it was postponed and won’t come until next year.

After that it will continue happily, because with “Loki”, “She-Hulk”, “Ms. Marvel,” “Moon Knight,” and more, the MCU series offensive is getting really big on Disney+. However, there are no start dates for most productions yet, but the first concrete information about the completely new superheroes in the MCU is slowly coming in:

Tatiana Maslany has just been confirmed as the lead in She-Hulk, while Ms. Marvel” the directing team for the first season was announced.
